Sellers Notice

“Sellers, you do NOT have to pay the Buyer’s Agent’s Commission. It is NOW (Burnett v. NAR) the sole the responsibility of the Buyer. Furthermore, I will NEVER try to force my Sellers to pay a Buyer’s Agent, but I, when needed will pay their Brokers from my commission at my discretion and then their brokers can decide what happens with my concession or their commission”.

Disclosure

I will NOT split any commissions with the Buyer’s Agents, unless I AM approved and directed to do so by YOU “THE SELLER!” And If so it will be fully disclosed and signed for up front as part of the listing agreement!

And to the Buyer, I will do my best (with no guarantees) to make sure that your Buyer’s Agent is paid unless you are paying them. The recent legal outcome requires that the buyer pays their agent and the seller now is under absolutely no obligation to pay the buyer’s agent.

And if you are a buyer’s agent, when we receive your offer, you must disclosue just how much the Buyer has agreed to pay you. That will determine if and/or just how much if any commission will be paid to her broker.
