That will determine if and/or just how much if any commission will be paid to her broker.

And furthermore each listing will and may require a different and unique approach, but I promise, I will get us through the legally new process with speed and ease. I will advise, and most of all, take your lead as I do represent you. I AM your Broker and I will ONLY represent you. And one last thing I do not in general charge buyers to to show them any properties. My Fees and Concessions are Broker-To-Broker from the Listing Agent, unless the Seller approved a Buyer’s Agent Commission.
