REO/Foreclosure Property Buyers are eligible for this program and yes an FSBO can participate in this program as long as their sale/transaction does not turn into a Short Sale. Clarifications will be requested from the lender on a case-by-case basis! Notice To Potential “Short Sale” program participants: In cases (as highlighted above) – we do not make the final decision – the bank/lender/Federal Law does. If you are losing your home and have decided to return your property back to the lender, please allow us to possibly seek “Cash For Keys” Incentives for your family. Home Buyer/Seller Bonus Program Discounts:

  • Mega Birthday – is when we represent you on both sides (Buying and/or Selling) of two (2) or more transactions – 30%
  • Purple Heart/Military Disabled Veterans of 30% or More – 30%
  • Disabled U.S. Citizens – 20%
  • Military/Prior Military/Military Retired (with Honorable Discharge) – 15%
  • Service Professionals: Law Enforcement/ Teachers/Medical Professionals/Federal Employees – 10%
  • Any Client/Site Visitor – 10%

Note: Eligible program participants can receive max incentives of up to 30% for each transaction when both Buying and Selling through our team.
